  1. I'm going with those who got it.  There were a few unluckies in the Brownlow. But Bartel was very deserving - h**l he won it before the last two rounds were counted!

    (My beloved) Cats were, this year, the best team by a long long way for three quarters of the season with an average of 160 and three games clear and only a miracle /disaster could have unseated them.  Collingwood could have pulled off the upset but even their most ardent supporters on here don't use the word "Unlucky" this year.


  2. Bartel deserved the Brownlow and Geelong deserved the Cup - quite happy with the results this year (even if I'm a Collingwood supporter..LOL).

    It would have be great to see Dane Swan win the Brownlow this year and really put the Channel 7 producers into a spin.  He polled so high this year that they went into a panic...coz he wasnt even there!

  4. Geelong deserved the cup, Bartel was a worthy winner too, no complaints about either winners here.

    The only others i thought had a shot at the brownlow were C. Cornes and B. Harvey.

  6. Although I don't barrack for Geelong, they were the deserved winners of this years Grand Final but thank goodness Gary Ablett jr didn't win it was good seeing the dimay on his face when Bartel was named the Brownlow winner

  8. well i think that Brett Kirk from the swans deseved to win

    he puts in every week puts his body on the line for the swans each game and is always consistant anyone who dosnet go for the swans will no hes a good player.

    St kilda or bulldogs deseved to win

  9. The bloody umpires ROBBED Richmond of the cup this year....and Delidio of the Brownlow.

    Kidding, I think Jimmy & the Cats were deserved winners.
