Who do you think deserves a title shot against BJ Penn in the UFC?

With Tyson Griffin's form, he's a contender but there are so many others worthy to face BJ.

A LOT of people.  UFC's lightweight division is stacked with incredible talent.  I think UFC's biggest problem is there are too many fights people want to see but they have to wait.  I'd love to see him fight Danzig, Huerta, Guida and many, many others.  I can't wait to see his next title defense fight!

  3. BJ Penn is a very tough guy to beat. Mac Danzig is a very well rounded fighter and i think he could take BJ

  4. BJ is so good right now that nobody seems to pose much of a challenge for him... So thats why he is looking to fight GSP again. The guy is always looking for great challenges. I bet he would fight Anderson Silva if White made him the offer!

  8. I would have to agree with dave c and then i would say tyson griffin. also, they are saying if faber moves into the ufc he will move into bj penns weight class and he would be a great contender. But then again it all depends on the whole GSP- BJ Penn thing going on. I've heard that if GSP retains the welterweight championship his next competitor will be BJ Penn.

  11. Penn should move back up to welterweight and if he choses to defend that title left up to him.  Great fighters in that division, but he has said several times he wants to have rematches with GSP and Hughes to revenge his loses.

  12. Whoever wins the Florian-Huerta Fight. Urijah would be a good opponent but he wouldn't fight BJ anyways - they train together and they are in different weight classes. Florian-Huerta would be a better fight anyway stylewise.
