women's def. of sexual harassment is far looser than a mans def. of harassment. If a man grabs a girls butt in a club it's harrasment to them. If a women grabs a man's ***, it's no big deal. Doesn't matter That's why it is impossible to know which gender actually gets harrassed more. I still think women do though.

Perhaps you are looking for amusing answers, but if you want to know the actual answer, it's women.  Everywhere.  By a landslide.  Most men like to be hit on or flirted with in a very open/assertive way, even if they don't necessarily like the woman doing it.  Women, on the other hand, don't.  And in our culture, girls are raised like, "Cross your legs when you sit down, make sure your skirt is long enough," etc, so when someone who is uninvited grabs them or says something blatant, it affects them more.  Males just aren't really raised the same way, to consider it a big trauma if someone grabs their junk, or says something naughty.
