My choice is Craig Counsell. I don't know how he ever makes contact with the ball, let alone gets a hit!

  1. little dustin, he is not telling anybody how to bat hes asking which one is the most unusual. theres a pretty huge difference. i agree with Craig Counsell. Also Gary Sheffield. He flails his bat around but he still gains control in time to swing

  2. Counsell is the obvious one but i will also mention Jeff Bagwell.....he is retired but when he was batting he was practically sitting down!

  3. Anyone remember Julio Franco? He's my pick. The way he stuck his bat pointed at the pitcher then he'd hafta bring his hands all the way around just to make contact. You talk about unorthodox, He's the definition.

  4. Joe McEwing had the worst ever stance.

  5. Definitely Craig Counsell.   Aaron Rowand has a weird batting stance also.

  6. Tony Batista

  7. albert pujols!

  8. I was going to say Craig Counsell as well.  Since you said him then I'll go with Tony Batista.
