Who do you think in the world of hockey has the most accurate predictions?

Jim Fox of yahoo sports does the playoff columns and predictions. He usually rates each team in different categories (offense, defense, goaltending, special teams etc) and then makes a pick. I don't know his exact record, but its tough to find him make a wrong pick.
