Who do you think is a worse offender the mastermind of the crime or the person that goes out and does it?

They both are equally accountable under the law, but I think the mastermind is because he/she could've possibly prevented the whole thing.

The courts more often find the mastermind as being more responsible. Some would say both. I think it depends alot on the mental capicity of the one commiting the actual crime if some one has an IQ of 50 they could be easily led to believe what they are doing is ok by someone else. look at charles manson.
