If im honest its really hard to chose. There both fantastic players equally as a good in my opinon. Serena at her best can beat anyone on any surface. Whereas Venus hmm....she`s amazing on grass thats for sure, i think serena could take her on hardcourts and clay.

Anyway i think Venus should have won today she played the better tennis in the end. However i feel Serena let all her chances slip away by making too many errors she should have won that first set !!! But oh well Congrats to Venus !!!

Lets hope the win the doubles which im sure :P !

Venus & i think Venus was the rightful winner...Serena is excellent but does make some silly mistakes & that cost her the game this time!

I think Venus deserved the win.  She played the better game.  

I was shocked that Serena was such a sore loser.  I don't know what the Williams family would have had to put up with had they lost the doubles.

They both are phenomenal tennis players, but I believe that Venus Williams is the better player, and I am glad that Venus won.

I think Serena is the better player. It's pretty obvious. She has more grand slams, she's been at #1 for longer, much longer, and she has won all 4 grand slams. Venus has only won 2 of the 4. They're both really good, but when Serena is at her best, nobody can beat her.

Honestly, I wanted Serena to win, but I think Venus should have won. She obviously had the better game.
