  1. I think the Springboks and the All Blacks.

  2. The All Blacks have for the past six tournaments been the perennial favourites.  Similar to Brazil in the World Cup.  They regardless of ratings will always be considered by the people who set the odds and rugby officials as the favourites.  They have the aura and history and mana to prove it.  Like Heavyweight Champion Joe Louis he never went into a title fight as underdog.  The same applies here.

  3. I am going for NZ not only because I am a New Zealander, but also because I believe we can win it

With the top 6 teams, anyone can beat anyone. But if the All Blacks start to play properly and stop giving away the ball, we will be very hard to beat.

The way I see it, yes we did loose to Australia and beat SA unconvincingly. But to be so close and to have the results the way they are when you are playing pathetic rugby, that has to say something about how good they will be in peak form.

For a team to play so crappy and only loose to Australia by 5, and beat SA by 20+ points (Keep in mind that it is not exactly the best NZ team out there due injury), then I say the AB's have a good shot.

I can speak on behalf of the whole country when I say that I wish we don't choke again this year. We have the ability, but weather we will turn up is a different story.

  4. It's New Zealand.

    Allez la France!

  5. New Zealand are major favourites amoungst rugby anylasts. I think they deserve it the most after glittering performances through the years. I do believe however that South Africa and Australia are as good as New Zealand at peak form. We saw the Aussies beat them and S.A's apparent B-side gave them a scare. That brought doubt in my mind about who would win it but New Zealnad are still favourites.

I tell you that if Dan Carter alone has an excellent campaign then they should definitely win the title.

  6. The All Blacks, definitely.

  7. I think it's New Zealand,

but there are also, Argentina, South Africa, and France (je suis francais, un peu de chauvinisme fait du bien).

  8. Well best to go by what all the bookmakers and sports betting agencies are telling you ..

Short odds and clear favourite with everyone of them is New Zealand .. I don't see many bookmakers going broke so I would stick with what they appear to be thinking ..

Current IRB points standings and Rankings suggest that as New Zealand are well ahead of second placed Australia right now then Form say's they should be favourites as well ..
