I got my bets on the best of the two, Carl Icahn's Group, since he has never lost a single fight with a corporation he got involved with, and he has an outstanding track record of winning these proxy fights.

Or, would you short Yahoo stock or go long, thinking that a renewed offer from Microsoft would provide prohibitive profits.

The out-of-the-money option calls are Yahoo are relatively cheap for September. Yahoo also has more upside potential than downward expectations as a company, so it's still your guess.

I personally think the International hedge fund proxy fight involving railroad company CSX is far more fascinating, and could possibly pay out more than any Yahoo venture.
