Colonel John because he has the most experience, he's been the most consistent, and his only real question mark was the surface, but he smashed that question mark to pieces this morning when he went 5 furlongs in 57 and change this morning.  That means he handles the surface just fine.

Of course, post position matters a lot.  If he's out in the 17-20 area, he's lost his race before he's run it.

Anyone but Big Brown.  My best guess would be Colonol John, however, I would like to see Adriano, Z Fortune, Gayego or Visionaire win.

The horse in post 4-9 who runs the best route.  It's so difficult to handicap the derby with the huge field.  I love the race, but from a handicapping standpoint, its near impossible.
