  1. AL: Roy Halladay

    NL: CC Sabathia

Roy Halladay from day one has been a Cy Young type of pitcher. He is an arm that every club would want because he can go deep into games. He has pitched at least beyond 7 innings this season. He is in the top 5 in wins, Ks, ERA and has the most CG in the league (which is more than any other team). People are going to overlook Halladay because, Cliff Lee has the most wins in the league (I find wins overrated). If Halladay wasn't a victim of a lack of run support then he could have had atleast 20 wins by now and could possibly be a 25 game winner.

As for Sabathia...this guy is like the Halladay of the NL. He too has a couple of CG under his arm (happens to be 2nd in CG). This guy eats innings, Ks a lot of guys and keeps the bullpen fresh. This guy is so good that he is in contention for the MVP. This guy has been a difference maker for the Brewers.

  2. I'm going to go with Halladay and Sabathia. Halladay is a true throwback, if you're a baseball purist, you have to love the guy. Has more complete games than several teams this season, and he wins. Sabathia's just been dominant, probably the best current MLB pitcher.

  3. No doubt NL Tim Lincecum is the most dominant pitcher in baseball

Lincecum is the best pitcher in baseball. The giants dont have great offense yet has 13 wins and should have at least 18 leads the league in strikeouts by getting almost 10 a game. Is tied for the league lead in quality starts and has been solid the whole season. Theres no doubt Brandon Webb is also a front runner but give me one good reason why lincecum doesn't deserve the Cy young

    Record 13-3

    Leader in K'S 192

    Leader in era 2.60

AL Cliff Lee cause he has one 18 games and has been great all year

  4. AL- Cliff Lee

    NL- C.C Sabathia (now)

  5. most dominant is cc sabathia but the best is roy halladay hes the type of guy that i would want on my team in game 7 of the WS he is a pitcher that  would trust every time he goes out there

  6. NL- Johan Santana

    AL- Josh Beckett

  7. AL: Roy Halladay. Lee is good THIS YEAR but I assume you mean for the last couple of years. Halladay is a proven ace and an inning eater who mows down through opponents lineups.

NL: Jake Peavy. Proven ace like Halladay and when Healthy is just absolutely filthy.

MLB: Halladay. As I said before he is always on his game and is a proven pitcher.

  8. AL Cliff Lee

    NL Brandon Webb

  9. Lee and Webby

  10. If you had to pick one pitcher from any AL team to add to your roster, I'm sorry, with all due respect to the season Lee has had this year, it would NOT be Lee.

You could make a case for someone like Lackey, or Beckett, but in the end, I think most GMs would take Halladay.

His speed can be off and he could beat you with grounders.
