  1. Jake Peavy?Triple crown winner last year .

  2. brandon webb

  3. Beckett and Halladay

  4. Brandon Webb?

  5. Im a Giants Fan and gotta say Lincecum!

  6. C.C. Sabathia for sure :)

He was second in wins with 19, and struck out over 200 batters to only 37 walks. he won’t turn 28 until July he has so much more time to go. He topped 15 wins for the first time since he was a rookie, and now that the Indians appear to be contenders into the future, Sabathia’s win totals should remain high.

  7. LINCECUM LINCECUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEST PITCHER RIGHT NOW THE KID HAS SO MUCH TALENT

  8. At this point in the season, I'd go with C.C. Sabathia. If you're talking this era, it's a tough call. Bradon Webb is amazing and leads the MLB with 18 wins. Johan Santana is also a great pitcher. It's a shame he hasn't go a lot of run support this season. However, the Mets are improving for him. I also love Tom Glavine even though he is old. Don't forget about Randy Johnson who is approaching 300 career wins.

Volquez blew the All-Star Game. How can you tell. He's still young. He is promising. However, so was Dontrelle Willis. Now he's not spoken of.

  9. Halladay

    Cliff Lee

Josh Beckett is pretty d**n good too

    Ben Sheets

    Santana

    Webb

    Sabathia

out of all of them, I'd pick Beckett.

Can't argue with that.  Volquez is sick!!!

  10. josh beckett although he hasnt been pitching like a great pitcher lately

  11. Since you are asking for our opinion, I'm going with Brandon Webb. Sorry if that's "wrong", but then again that would only be your opinion too.

  12. Greg Maddux, GREATEST pitcher ever PERIOD

  13. Roy Halladay, mainly because he is basically the same every year. Webb is close.

If Halladay wasn on a great team (ie Bos) he would win 20 plus every year. Being a Jays fan..this guy rarely has a bad start. For him a bad start is 4 runs in 6 innings.  He always goes 7 plus and most of his loses are because of run support.

This is Lee's first good year, so who knows about him.

C.C is having a great year, but he has been inconsistent.

  14. Right now, I think it's Cliff Lee, or CC Sbathia as someone already stated, he's 7-0 with the BRew Crew. Cliff Lee is on pace for 20+ wins, I suspect 25 wins. Both have teams that might not make it into the play-offs, well the Indians definitely but both are really good right now.

  15. tim lincicum of san fransico or cliff lee...both teams would be like 20 games more under .500 then thye are now

  16. I deffently think the best pitcher in the MLB is Roy Halladay.
