Who do you think is the best rapper of 2008?

i don't mean who's your favorite rapper because of some personal reason. and plz don't say someone who hasn't made a song this year i.e. an answer like this:

"Eminem is the best rapper alive"

because he hasn't made a song in forever

Whoever it is- it is NOT Weezy.  

EDIT: Although Carter III is a solid album, it is definately not "breakthrough" and was extremely over hyped.  

Not to mention he sounds like a 15 year old = /

I would say lil wayne but his album was garbage.  For all of the hype that it got it wasn't good enough.  I say the best rapper of 2008 is between Young Jeezy, The Game, and Nas.  Jay-Z is still the best rapper ever.

EDIT: Jay-Z best rapper ever? Lol, buy some q-tips little man. Jay-Z is a fat, suit-wearing business-man who's turned his back on the streets and now just spends all day every day in bed with his *****. Jay-Z has nothin on rappers like Dre, Tupac or Biggie. Jay-Z changes with the times but when Dre drops detox, you know he'll be spitting about the old school.
