Who do you think is the best referee at the moment and who should referee the World Cup final?

as a former referee with the WRU, I too think Joel is the best man.

having said this, perhaps now would be a good time to introduce more duties for the touch judges. perhaps even allowing them to stop play for infringements not seen by the referee.

If that were the case, than any of the top flight could do the job just as well.

Joel Jutge should referee the World Cup Final as he has demonstrated clearly for a couple of years now that he is head and shoulders above the rest!
