I think C.M. Punk is. He's been getting c**p and doesn't deserve it. He's so much better then people seem to think...I feel like i'm watching a different Punk then everyone else. I see the good in him. I see how hard he works. I just wish everyone else did...especially while he's Champion. With that said...

I think Evan Bourne is being underrated at the moment. The MIZ beat him?! Of all people?

He should have had a chance at the Championship Scramble.

Victoria is seriously underrated too. She never gets to wrestle, and when she does, she jobs to some bimbo like Maria.

I believe it's Cody Rhodes.  He's doing the bad boy routine right now, just like his father Dusty Rhodes did in his early days.... Don't over look this young man.

John Morrison - The guy has mic skills, Charisma, Awsome in-ring skills and his matches are phenomenal.

He isn't even in the ECW championship scramble and he is no doubt the most skilled performer on ECW.

As far as athleticism goes he is by far the most ahletic and has impressive talent.

I mean The Miz in the scramble and No morrison, WTF is that all about ? He's a top wwe or world champ waiting to happen.

He works hard and still he didn't get any push even though they made him lose HIS "MITB" he really deserves to get a push he is great

Evan Bourne : he is very talent and he can be a great champion

Mvp: He is ready to be a champion and he can carry the show

Elijah Burke: He is talent but vince doesn't want to push him he dosen't even won any title

John Morrison : He has wrestling skills , he is talent and he has good mic skills

The Miz : He is great hope he get his push soon

Cm Punk : He is great and really good champion but he dosen't deserve that s**t which he happens to him

Matt Hardy: hope he wins the title soon

Braden Walker AKA Chris Harris.

He could had a feud with Matt Hardy or Tommy Dreamer rather than Mark Henry or Colin Delaney.

I gotta say it's a tie.  Punk has been getting c**p, but only because since he won the title, he is seen as an "easy" target, much the same as Chris Jericho was when he became "Undisputed Champion, suddenly you had a smaller built guy on top of the monsters & powerhouses in the company.  Still, if he stays true to form & if WWE Creative doesn't s***w him over, he could hold the title for awhile.  One thing though, he needs to get away from only using the GTS as a finisher.  JBL & Jericho have shown ways to avoid that & others are picking up the hints.

The second would have to be (of all people), the Great Khali.  Now, before you throw something at me or swing a chair at my head, hear me out.  True, Khali has problems performing against top tier stars, & his mobility is limited.  But, you also have to take into account that unlike most, Khali is not a "true" wrestler.  Khali did not begin wrestling until the WWE saw him in "The Longest Yard" & brought him in originally as a gimmick.  For someone who is suddenly being thrust into the spotlight against seasoned vets, he is holding his own as best as he can.  last thing, alot of you may not remember, but when another famous big man first began, he was even more clumsy & cumbersome than Khali, but he developed & became the VERY FIRST Hall of Famer in wrestling history, (bless his soul) - Andre The Giant!!!

John Morrison. Come on, they couldn't of put him in the scramble? He is the greatest wrestler in ECW right now, and no one sees it, Miz is ruining Morrison's star power.

Raw: Chris Jericho because he has done a lot the past months like turning heel, and feuding with HBK, which in my eyes are title shot worthy

Smackdown: Big Show because he has beaten Mark Henry, Kane, CM Punk, John Morrison, Chavo, Tommy Dreamer, and The Great Khali and all of those men are very tough to beat especially The Great Khali

ECW: The Miz because the last time he had a title shot was 2 days after he won the WWE Tag Team Championships with John Morrison, and speaking of winning Tag Gold with Morrison, doesn't that just explode in your face for a ECW Championship shot

TNA: Rhino and AJ Styles because they are 2 of the most dominate wrestlers in TNA and they have been getting the s h i t end of the stick for the past couple months, especially Rhino, who hasn't had a title shot since 2005 against Jeff Jarret
