Bored on vacation here in England and started thinking about random questions. The best one I could come up with was, in your opinion, who do you think the most important person living or who has lived is/was? Whether it be whoever invented the lightbulb, stepped on the moon first, or anything at all. Curious to hear your opinions! Cheers mates

  1. Issac Newton, for discovering the most important laws in both mathematics and physics.  He took us from ignorance to knowledge like no other.

  2. Norman Bourlag.

    - Created genetically modified crops and credited with saving perhaps a billion lives. Not interested in fame or mass appeal.

  3. This is one of those wonderful questions that has no answer.

Who was the greatest composer? or novelist? or scientist?

  4. I don't think it's possible to name one single important person in history because history has a lot to do with the reactions of people to events.  If I were asked who was the most influential person in history, it would have to be Jesus Christ, because he became the foundation for the most popular religion in the world as well as the source of a lot of controversy, world wars, etc.

  5. Ghengis Khan, 1st emperor of China, Alexander the Great, Timulane

    : conquered the known world

    Jesus/ Buddha/ Zoroaster/ Muhammad

    : built major religions

    Plato, Confu, Voltare

    : built majore philosophies

    Newton, Aristotle

    Che Ryun

    : invented paper

Babur, Asoka, Cyrus the Great, Julius Caesar

: changed their nations into one solid society

Shakespear, Luo GwangJung, Iven Samakato ( not sure that I spelled him right )

There are a lot more to add to this list, but this would be my personal choices

  6. Martin Luther King

  7. Elvis Presley without a doubt.

  8. Catherine II, of Russia. surely you know why.

  9. Adolf Hitler, he has affected the world since he came to power and probably will till its end.
