Khali. He gets title shots for doing absolutely nothing. He puts on slopy matches, and even HHH couldn't get a good match out of him at Summerslam, that just shows how bad he is.

The reason Vince gave Khali the title shot is because of his ppularity in India, he is like a hero there, but this is USA, we hate Khali.
