Y2J Chris Jericho. I know that hes a maineventer but he is still underrated. He has never been a major threat for the World champions.

John Morrison. He has only been ECW champ(and tag champ), and he deserves way more. He can beat anyone on the whole WWE(including ECW) roster, except maybe Orton. Morrison is the future of the WWE, and apparently Vince doesn't see that he puts on phenomenal matches week after week, and can carry a match with the sloppiest superstars.
