Who do you think manages the finance of home better,Mother/Father/or it's a team work(including kids)?and why?

The family finances are a shared responsibility between the mother & the father. Why? Because a marriage is a partnership, & as in any partnership all responsibilities are shared equally amongst the partners.

The children should never be burdened with this responsibility unless they have become adults, & are taking on the finances of the parents due to an incapacity of both parents. Why?

Because the children are the additional responsibility of the parents, NOT PARTNERS.

The only valid reason I can see why a parent might involve the children in family financial matters would be to teach them about responsible financial handling, & it would be with the limitation that the children would assume no real responsibility outside of the family.

It really depends in the person. My ex-husband controlled the finances, bought the groceries, and paid the bills. Not because he was good at it, because he is a controlling a$$hole, which is why we are no longer married. My current fiance' and I pool our money together to make things work - however I am better at paying bills and we go grocery shopping together.

Mostly mother and father until kids have grownup a bit. from then on its team work!
