That is, if you were to put money on somebody paired with Tiger in the final group that was tied for the lead with tiger, who would you pick to play the best under the pressure of the final round against a legend?

My answer may be surprising: Scott Verplank.

  1. Chris DiMarco.

  2. This guy is a Darkhorse but I would take K.J. Choi he really seems to be playing pretty well as of late and he does not seem to get rattled under pressure.

  3. Vijay, should be considered as a strong candidate for the job. He plays the course, not the other player or the crowd, and has nerves of steel, distance , accuracy and short game, plus he has been there and done that.

  4. He didn't do so at the PGA last year.  My answer is Retief Goosen.

  5. Aaron Baddely.  He is young and coming into his own, but he really seems to like to be in that chair or in the spotlight.  I think if he gets a few more shots at tiger on a sunday he will do it.  He is still working on his game, his driving is awfull in comparisson to the feild, but he is always there, a real scrambler.  when he puts it together,  we need to watch out.
