Who do you think should be Calzaghe's next Opponent?

Im sure you all saw the fight and how Calzaghe won.

Now that he has beat Bernard Hopkins Who do you think should be his next fight?

Roy jones is Obviously the big money fight,

But do we want to see another old man????

Pavlik is younger I believe that would be a better fight.

Also there are other names i did not mention, Bring them up if any

My money is on Roy Jones.  Jones is a well established fighter so a win would make Joe look great and I think this fight is less risky than a fight against pavlik.

Its not like Pavlik is made of iron, but if he could get rocked for a entire round by Taylor and laugh it off then there is no way Calzaghe is going to hurt him. Taylor hits a lot harder than Calzaghe, so I see that fight as risky as h**l for Joe. I'd put money on Joe not taking a fight with Pavlik, its just too risky for him this late in his career.

I think kelly pavlik will be his next opponent. I think kelly should move up some more weight classes like atleast light heavy or cruiser weight. So he can fight david haye that is dream match up for me because i find there fighting styles kind of similar for me.

Well, I would like to see him face someone like Kelly Pavlik or Chad Dawson (who you didn't mention), but in all honesty, I think his next fight will be against Roy Jones, Jr.  I don't think that Calzaghe wants to take a risk against someone as dangerous as those guys; he would much rather fight a more lucrative and winnable fight with Jones.  Even though I would prefer Dawson or Pavlik, I'm still looking forward to a Jones fight because I would like to see Roy get that one last shot at glory against the reigning champ instead of fighting guys like Anthony Hanshaw or an overweight Felix Trinidad.  I would favor Calzaghe at this stage, but if it was a prime Roy, it would have been an extremely easy win for Jones.  

That brings me to your last question about Calzaghe's impression; he didn't really impress me all that much, if anything Hopkins is the one who impressed me.  Calzaghe won fair and sqaure, but Hopkins still put him down and made it a competitive fight at the age of 43.  If it was a prime Hopkins, he would have beaten Calzaghe easily (similar to a prime Roy Jones).  I also think that if Hopkins' right hand can put Calzaghe on the canvas, then Pavlik's right hand can most likely stop Calzaghe because "The Ghost" uses his much more frequently and at this stage, his right hand is stronger than Hopkins' right hand.  I would also give Chad Dawson a reasonably good chance of beating Calzaghe.

Kelly Pavlik will fight Calzaghe next...but my question is, is why in the world did calzaghe let that old man hang around the whole fight? It should have been over by the fourth round
