I think there are many (as you put it) hot women in the industry. There are also women that are hot that are not in the industry. But as far as the industry goes, here is my opinion(s):

1. Eliza Dushku: great actress, s**y body, pretty in almost anything, can play any role (good girl or bad girl), no controversy heard of her, and seems down to earth.

  2. Drew Barrymore: great actress, also pretty in almost anything, and has a bad girl attitude (which is found to be s**y).

  3. Cameron Diaz: great actress, innocent smile, and childlike charm.

  4. Jessica Biels: great actress, pretty smile, and friendly.

  5. Halle Berry: great actress, great smile, good skin tone

  6. A lot of people will disagree with me but I have to say this one:

      Ellen DeGeneris: pretty, talented, funny, not afraid to be herself, cares about people, looks good in pantsuits (unlike Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama), loved by many and hated by narrow minded people.

Aishwarya Rai is STUNNING. She's an Indian actress, in case you didn't know. She's not that well-known in America, but I know about her and have seen movies with her becaue I'm Indian. Anyway, she has an incredible face - she is just too beautiful for words!

Other women I think are beautiful would include:

Angelina Jolie, Beyonce Knowles, Jessica Alba, Halle Berry, and Penelope Cruz.

Well I am straight so I judge it by asking myself who I'd want to look like if I could.  Halle Berry is perfect- gorgeous face and great body.  Definitely NOT Jolie, which I am guessing will be the majority of your answers.
