Greg Oden...he will impact the Blazers defensively.

I think either Oden or Beasely. Oden's got a lot of hype and plays on the best team of the best candidates...he's going to have a large role, but he won't be the go to guy. I expect 12/9 and some blocks. But his future is another story...

Beasely is the most versatile rookie. He's going to play 2 or 3 positions (SF/PF/C?) and can shoot, drive, pass, and get defensive stats.

I think Mayo or Bayless have good firepower, but a lot of rookie scorers come into the NBA and have a hard time adjusting to the pace...Durant was an excellent offensive player until his rookie year...last year he forced a lot. I think Bayless forced a lot in the summer league (from what I saw) and I think Mayo's going to be competing with g*y and forcing a lot.

I like Kevin Love as a player, but I have a hard time swallowing him as a ROY candidate...that award is for stats. Love's success won't show in the box score.

OJ Mayo. His team needs him to be a scorer with Rudy g*y. Beasley won't get it because of Wade and Marion. Rose won't get it because he has to share the guard position with Kirk Hinrich and the Bulls don't need him as a scorer because of Ben Gordon and Luol Deng

it's too early to tell for me.. they havent play in the nba yet... there still trying to adjust in the summer league... but i bet it would be going to be an interesting season... as always...
