Obviously you need youth..

Western Bulldogs - Robert Murphy/Adam Cooney. Young with plenty of talent. Play for the team.

Richmond - Chris Newman. Great leader on and off the field. Amazing kick of the ball and still young.

Collingwood - Dale Thomas. Best wet weather football in the game and is a pure genious. Already an amazing player for only the few years in the game. One of the younger blokes in the side.

West Coast - Beau Waters. Thats a toughy, Darren Glass will be there after a while. After what we saw with Barry, he was the only one that stuck it up to him, the only one to stick up for Staker. Though a bit more mature, he is the team player.

If not him, it'd be Priddis. Great young talent as we have seen over the years.

Essendon - I like Mark McVeigh but he wouldn't last very long in the future. How about Adam McPhee? He's also a great player on and off the field, still reletively young.

I wanted to say Patty Ryder, but he isnt up to it in my opinion.
