The 49 ers or Rams.

The 49ers because they have an Offensive coordinator that knows nothing about protecting the QB, and won't run the ball.  He spent 3 years in Detroit and the best they have to show is a 7 and 9 record.  And they had one of the best receiving corps.

The Rams because of Jackson and their OC.  Jackson is their offense when he dosn't play their hopeless.  Their new OC failed in Washington.  His "confuse the defense" scheme is more confusing to the offense.  Let's just count the procedural peanilties like illegal formation, charging the line, and false start because someone realised he should be somewhere else.

Wow everyone's saying Phins what retards, they're just basing it on last year. But it's a whole new season, whole new team, whole new coaching schemes. The worst will most likely be the Bears unless the D can bail them out. Jets have no D and Favre is gonna be so sh*t, I mean does he really expect to be as good as last season by sitting on his *** and b*tching all off-season, so the Jets will do bad and I don't put it past the Panthers I don't know why.

My educated guess is going to be the Dolphins.  Im basing this on the fact that Tony Sparano is a first year NFL head coach which has all odds against him.  Granted he was brought up in Parcell's Cowboys system, that will help him, but he will still struggle this year.  

They also let Jason Taylor go who was their best defensive player, and they don't have a quarterback yet who can play.   Thats going to kill them in the long run.  

Miami also plays a tough schedule with the AFC East teams.  As a rebuilding year, they wont be very good.

The Houston Texans will be the worst NFL team this year.

They have a tough schedule, not to mention a tough division to battle through (Colts, Jags, Titans). There wasn't much improvement in the off-season, and if their starters face any injuries they are doomed. Their running game is outdated, their receivers overrated, and their defense is jaded. This is why they will be a complete mess this season, and be the worst team in the NFL.
