I'd say Filatov. He's the best European player available and it's been a trend in the NHL to draft good Russians.

LA said it wants to keep its pick and keep building through young players, and I am guessing Bogosian (or Doughty) gets taken.  But you can  never rule out a small trade-down to obtain an extra pick.

They will probably take Doughty. I also hope Ottawa can get Bogosian becuase he grew up pretty close to Ottawa.

I think the Kings (or Penguins) will take Doughty (is that really how you spell his name?).

The LA Kings will not trade down and will keep their 2nd overall pick.  The ONLY thing they are debating is whether to take Doughty or Bogosian.  

I personally would take Doughty and I think the Kings will too.
