  1. I bet the eagles will come away with him...

  2. No one. The Cardinals say they will not trade him, rather sign him an extension. Odd isn't it?

  3. I'm seeing the Philadelphia Eagles as the number one suitor for Boldin since they lost their number one WR, Kevin Curtis, for at least 6-8 weeks (sport hernia injury), leaving Reggie Brown as the top option. The Cardinals are not budging and the Eagles are not saying. Here are some other suitors....

    - Chicago Bears

The Bears are going with Rashied Davis and Marty Booker as the go-to guys in a weak passing offense. After losing Bernard Berrian to rival Minnesota, they need a playmaker and Boldin fits that profile, helping QB Kyle Orton for the short-term.

    - Carolina Panthers

A one-on-one swap between Steve Smith-Anquan Boldin could be the solution, but the Panthers might be asking more, such as a first round along with Boldin, which I don't think the Cards will do.

    - Tennessee Titans

TE Alge Crumpler is not the whole solution for Vince Young. Boldin could make the Titans more competitive and make Young life a little easier on the field.

The Boldin situation looks similar to Ocho Cinco demands to be traded but likely to start the season with the Cards. Still, you never know what going to happen between today and the start of the season.

  4. I hope the Ravens at least TRY to get him.  Our recieving core is the most injury prone I have ever seen.  We also need a guy who will help out the young qbs in Joe Flacco and Troy smith.
