I think that Manny Pacquiao will beat David Diaz fairly easily by unanimous decision. The fights that I look at to determine my prediction are their respective bouts against Erik Morales. Pacquiao knocked Morales out twice in brutal and decisive fashion while Diaz struggled like h**l and barely beat Morales. And, Diaz faced Morales AFTER Pacquiao went through him and he could still hardly beat him. Diaz is a decent fighter, but he is no where near as skilled, strong, fast, or explosive as Pacquiao, which is why I believe that Pacquiao will beat him in June.  Plus he is not even the true lightweight champion- Joel Casamayor is.

Manny Pacqiao, KO or TKO.. prolly round 5.. Pacman is just too good. Diaz almost lost to morales AFTER pacqiao knocked him out.. pacman is too fast, and stronger than diaz..

Pacquiao will win if there are no elections in the Philippines where he will run for public office or campaign for a senatorial ticket.

The only thing Diaz has done was beat a Morales whos career was already ended by Manny. There pretty much the same size.

Manny has allot of distractions outside the ring which usually means boxers with distractions lose fights. But Manny shows up every time in just awsome shape.

Diaz will be too slow. He wont be able to stand up to Pacquiao's relentless aggresion.

Also dont be surprised to see this end in a DQ or Stoppage on cuts. When two southpaws fight, especially Manny's fast paced style, headbuts usually occure freqently.

Look for Manny and Diaz to both get cut due to headbuts. But Manny has been there before and will pull through it and put Diaz lights out.

In order to beat Manny Pacquiao a fighter would have to fight at Manny's pace or get a lucky one punch in there to Knock Manny out. I dont think there is anybody that can keep pace with Paquiao.
