  1. I reckon they will cos they are darkhorses. Out of the blue they will beat Melbourne today and then the bulldogs or St George or whoever then they will win Grand Final.

  2. barry the will win vella coming back this week wount put some much pressure on hindmarsh he will sine so will tim smith and i think cayless is back

  3. The Melbourne Storm because they have a well balanced team

  4. Newcastle cos I'm bias. Doesn't matter if Joey's not playing cos the team have done more that they did last year. Just as long as the cup stays in NSW, I'll be happy with that.

  5. I think Broncos this year...

  6. i was thinking the storm but they played terrible today.  maybe the dragons if they can play the same way against brisbane.  but the bulldogs r on fire.  so i think the bulldogs to beat melbourne in the final 24-16 :)

  7. Go the knights

  8. I hope Parra win too. I was hoping that Nathan Hindmarsh would get Dally M Player of the Year.

  9. MANLY SEA EAGLES ALL THE WAY

  10. Parra was eliminated yesterday by Melbourne Storm.Sorry.Iguess that answers your question.

  11. I know the Dragons have a bad record but am tipping them anyway.

They have had some great games this season.

    Drrrragons all the way !!!

  12. I really don't like any of the top 8 teams other than Newcastle and Parramatta, and I only like them by default.

I live in Brisbane and HATE the Broncos, despise the QLD Origin team, but I really would like to see Shane Webcke go out a winner. He deserves it more than any other player I can think of (other than Mark O'Neill last year).

Don't like Melbourne at all, Bulldogs are my most hated team, Canberra are boring, St George-Illawarra are so-so, and Manly... well, they're Manly.

But I think it'll be a grand final featuring Brisbane. Think Melbourne may choke.

  13. BULLDOGS, will win if all their players are fit.

If not Melbourne Storm for sure, to good at the moment and they are playing great league.

  14. Go Newie

  15. G'day Barry W,

    Thank you for your question.

My tip is probably the Storm but there are other teams who could win it. Brisbane is looming as dangerous.

Melbourne Storm - form team all year. Lack of experience may count against them.

Canterbury - in good form until recently. However, have lost key players and personnel recently. They still have Willie Mason, Sonny Bill Williams and Mark O'Melley so they can't be counted out.

Brisbane - a clear danger. For the first time in five years, they enter September in winning form.

Newcastle - If they have Andrew Johns, they are always dangerous. If not, forget about it.

Manly - stronger than they have been for nine years. Hopefully, they will send Ben Kennedy out as a winner. While the Sea Eagles have been in good form and my heart is hopeful, my head is not convinced.

St George-Illawarra - the Dragons have the team to win it. However, they have failed to make an impression at crunch time this decade. If they are to win it this decade, this has to be the year. The Dragons have a poor record during the semis this decade.

Raiders - the Raiders have done well to get to the semis given that many were tipping them to finish with the spoon. Difficult to see them going further though although they have got a good record against the Bulldogs.

Parramatta - come home with a storming finish to qualify. Have lost two in a row though and face a red hot Melbourne team away. I can't see them surviving the weekend.

    Regards

  16. St George Illawarra Dragons

  17. i think melborne or dragons. Parra have no chance of beating the storm this week.
