  1. A.L = Longoria

    N.L = Soto

  2. Longoria and Soto

  3. I think Soto for the NL. I dont follow the AL enough to say for sure but Longoria does seem like a good candidate for that.

  4. AL:Longoria...obviously way better than any other rookie in the majors

    NL:soto..pretty tough for any catcher to put up these numbers,let alone a rookie

  5. Evan Longoria in the Al, and Geovany Soto in the NL.

    Soto is first among NL rookies in HR and RBI and second in batting average. Longorias is first among AL rookies in HR, third in batting average and 2nd in RBI

  6. AL- Longoria, because he will probably get 30 HR's and maybe 100 RBI's

    NL- Soto, he is the best catcher in the NL as a rookie!- Coming from a die hard Brewers fan.

    Fukudome is way overrated, and didn't deserve to be an all star, let alone rookie of the year.

    Jurrjens isn't consistent enough, one night he will throw a shutout, then 5 days later he will have 5 ER's. His stats don't tell the story, but I still think he is the best rookie pitcher, and has many good years ahead of him.

  7. Evan Longoria will get the A.L. Nod, nobody questions that, and it's a shame he's a rookie this year, because Denard Span of the Twins is playing amazing right now, and has helped catapult them into first place.

    Soto wins the NL.  He's a proven commodity.  Something all teams covet.  A strong armed, sweet swinging catcher.  I think he is just as good if not better than Joe Mauer.

  8. Jurrjens....whether or not he shuts them out or gives up runs, whether or not he wins or losses he ALWAYS pitches a quality game. If the braves gave him run support he will be a 20 game winner!

  9. Al will probably be Evan Longoria and Nl probably Kosuke Fukudome

  10. Evan Longoria for the AL. I think we can all agree on that. Other rookies can do what they want, but Longoria has helped carry a team to first place after years of losing. That's impressive.
