Rickson Gracie probably...though i wouldnt count Sakuraba out completely.

you ask any Gracie, or any Machado who is the best grappler in their whole family, and each and every one of them will say Rickson.

Rickson, easily.  There was a reason Saku didn't want to fight that particular Gracie.  The weight difference, and the skill level made that an insanely imbalanced match.  

Everyone remembers Royce as the greatest (or just most famous) of the Gracies, but Royce was entered in the original UFC's not because he was the best fighter in the family, but because the family wanted to prove a point about how great BJJ was, and they did it by putting scrawny Royce on display.  Rickson would have been looked at as an obvious favorite instead of a surprising upset because of his build.  He was a superior fighter, and Saku knew it.
