Miyagi did goju-ryu karate. I'm not sure what style Segal does.  nunchuku and sword is kobudo and kendo.

Chogun Miyagireceivedd his black belt from theemperorr of Japan.  He was known to be able to rip the bark of trees and chunks of meat off a side of beef. He died in 1953. The movie miyagi, actor Pat Morito (who is also dead) is based on thequalitiess of Master Miyagi.

Miyagi would never start a fight.  Segal out of respect,  would never challenge Miyagi.

The real Miyagi is my Sensei's Sensei's, Sensei.  That makes him like my Great-grandfather in Karate.  Please, show some respect.
