  1. follow the suggested tipping guide found on the web site, maybe 60.00 for waiter, 30-40 for busboy, 60-70 for cabin attendant.  and yes join the soda program,  ENJOY

  2. Only tip them if you fancy him/her or if you're gonna order again from the same person.

  3. Every body who serves me $2.00

  4. On our cruise they figured in $20.00 a day for all tips and added that on to our trip cost. The only others that got a tip was the materdee and our waiter because he was great and our room stewart who went beond for us.

  5. That info would be on the cruise line's website or in your documents.  Tips are usually about $10/person/day and are sometimes automatically charged to your cruise account.

Don't know how much soda cards are - they're for the entire cruise and cannot be shared ["legally"].

You can find great info on cruising [and probably the answer to the cost of the soda card] at CruiseCritic.com.  Click on "Boards", then go to the board that interests you.

  6. All that information is in your paperwork.  You can also contact your travel agent and they can guide you.
