That was my first thought too. The Black Guardian would be a good adversary also. Or, Sutekh the Destroyer could rear his ugly head again. There is the Malus, the Animus, the Movellians, the Ru-Tan, and the Great Intelligence.

the list goes on and on. I love this series. They have the whole universe to play with!

I think it would be great if they did another finale like Series 2 in which they had the Cybermen and the Daleks against each other only this time put the Master and the Rani against each other because I think a full Time Lord battle has got to be cool and they can have a companion actually die this time!

I think the Daleks have been a wee bit overused in the last few seasons.  I would really love to see the Master resurrected and team up with the Rani to come up with some utterly brilliant plan to dominate the universe (again).  You can't beat pitting one Time Lord against another (or two) for dramatic value.  

The Master is far too brilliant a character to leave dead.  I'm really hoping that the mysterious woman who picked up the Master's ring after his cremation was the Rani and that there is something of the Master's essence preserved in the ring so that she can resurrect him & together they shall cause havoc across the stars - Muah ha ha ha ha!!

But if I can't have my Time Lord wish - I would love to see the Destroyer from 'Battlefield' brought back.  I thought he was brilliant! A huge scary blue demon that will bring about the destruction of the world in a nano second! This character was worth all the crappy electric music and cheesy one liners that riddled 'Battlefield' - it's too bad he only appeared towards the end.

I'd like to think the Master may still be revived (remember that scene at the Master's funeral pyre) and maybe the Master may team up with the Daleks and they double-cross each other.

I'd like to see the Zygons return. These are David's favourite villans. I hope he gets to fight them while he is still on Dr Who!
