Who do you want to host the 2016 Summer Olympics?

There are four cities on the shortlist: Tokyo, Madrid, Chicago, and Rio de Janeiro.

I want Madrid! What about you?

Rio because it's the only continent that has yet to host an Olympic game.  I meant from the list of choices to have yet to have hosted.

Rio would do a great job. They are accustomed to hosting grand events.

South America should be represented. One concern-- Isn't it their winter when we have summer?

I don't want the Olympics to be tainted by childish racism, so Madrid is my LEAST favorite.

I think Rio de Janeiro would be best, because South America has never hosted. I like new hosts! (Joy: Africa has also not hosted.)

After that: Tokyo, then Chicago.

you have to say rio de janerio because brazil, one of the biggest countries has never hosted the games, but i also want tokyo

I'd like it to be in Rio de Janeiro because it's such a clean and diverse community and it'd be great for them to have the one-in-a-lifetime oppurtunity.

Rio is the only feasible choice.

Madrid:  No because Europe just had the 2012 Olympics.

Tokyo:  No because the Far East just had the 2008 Olympics.

Chicago:  No because London and Chicago are too similar, and the US just had the 1996 Olympics.

Tokyo would make a great Olympics! I reckon in 2020 they should hold it in a country with 20 cities, or 20 states, or something to do with 20... LoL coz 2020

Chicago, definitely.  I would LOVE to see such a green and diverse city host it.  The people are great and the city itself is beautiful.

It would be perfect.
