Who does God pray to?

And if he prays to nobody does that make him an atheist?

The Christian god thinks he's all powerful, that's what the scriptures say anyway. And because that's the case, he doesn't pray to anybody.

What I'd like to know is... how does he know that he's all powerful and that everybody should be worshiping him? Maybe there is a higher god that is concealing himself, and testing the Christian god to see how arrogant he becomes?
