Who does Locke's theory of money's origin benefit the most? By retracing the theory from its origin in natural rights, describe the assumptions behind each step, and the result of the theory that results.

  1. locke's theory benefits the gentry class - natural rights for each one to have that piece of land under their feet, to life and to liberty.  to have these inalienable rights, money is the carrier to achieve these goals.   hence each of these has a monetary value / equivalent that would allow  a person to know its value and the means to get it.  this would allow the individual to pursue whatever means necessary to achieve this in accordance with just means and laws.  

    hence governments / society must allow such access to education, etc to enable the individual to achieve his goals.
