Who does all the HM's make up/hair in the tasks.?

they do their own. they are supplied with the costumes, wigs and face paints but they do their own and each others make ups. they can be quite artistic sometimes too i think!

And sometimes Lisa would help the girls, well Rachel and Sara and Kat

Nah very much doubt it, people come in and do it for them i think? though i dont know for a fact.

They do their own - they are not allowed contact with anyone else while in the House except for the BB voices.
