Who does have working experince in glass factories.whats best method for transportation of tableware glasse?

im working in a table ware glass factory.we have too scraps for our transportations methods and storing dishes of glass pieces.there is a lag time between producting glass pieces and heir packing for completing works.and its transportaions for other job shops causes to breaking our products.do you know about best transportation dishes that avoid shaking and breaking dishes?whats your experience?

they get broken when you ship the by the courrier services like Purolator, Canpar, and UPS. well having been an manager i know that if you have a UPS account ask your sales rep for idea's and the best solutions that they have, because they actually have a test center.

other than that if it large order then i suggest using LTL's less than truck loads, that way the dishes are handled a minimum amount of times and not placed on 15 miles of conveyor belts where they bump and bash into every box in the system competting for the spot on the conveyors.
