Who does he think he is?

My new boss is an a** hole. He says I can not use a cell phone even when I am off break! What do you think about this?

my new sup. is an *** too ..he gives no direction and stares at me like im in special ed,sometimes hes makes remarks like i didnt you do this....and im thinkin if you asked me i would have.

he doesnt do anything but drink coffee all day and walks and around in circles. when he looks at me he stares to the point where he is turning his head around up  until i pass by,peole are jerks

your intitled to you break use however you want

i have a friend who is good friends with her boss and she cant even use her cell phone.so it all depends on who your boss is.

On The Job the boss makes the rules... but if it is on break or lunch time and he says no... that qualifies him as an ***hole

When you are off the clock, what you do with your time is none of his business. However, if there is a no cell phone on premises rule where you work, and you are taking break in the break room, then there is nothing you can do about it :(. Sorry!

tell him your breaks are your own....one boss told me what to read on breaks...i said I will read whatever I want"!!!!!!!!!!
