If you're referring to the "HELLO YOU" voice, it used to be Patrick Allen (who voiced Barrett home commercials, things penned by Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer and in the event of a nuclear war, would tell us what to do). Since 2006, Peter Dickson voices them. He is also the voice on the Paul O Grady Show, The Price Is Right and the X Factor.
