Who donate more to help the poors in Africa, White or Africa America?

I heard many news and story about wealthy white celebrities or the rich donate to Africa, other than Oprah, i haven't heard much from the African American Community helping their own kind in Africa.

Those who can - emotionally more than financially - donate. I'm a hard core volunteer and have yet to find a philanthropist that likes to view it in racial terms. Each of us does what we can. Let the rest go. Please.

To me, race does not matter. In fact, I help anyone one who is less fortunate, regardless because everyone in a human being. I am actively involved in helping the homeless in the New York City area, I live 5 minutes away from Manhattan and work in the city. To me it like breathing.  My philosophy is that if one is in a position to help someone less fortunate, they should help because it is the right thing to do. My mother always told me that how you treat and help others always comes back to you. Therefore, it is very important to help those in need when you can do it.
