Flaming Jelly Bean

1 oz Bacardi 151 proof rum

1 oz blackberry brandy

1 oz Ouzo anise liqueur

Combine ingredients in a shot glass. Light on fire and drink through straw before flame goes out and straw melts.

I can't even stand the taste of Bacardi let alone their 151, there are so many much better rums out there. I don't drink high-proof rums straight but I do make a mean daiquiri using Cruzan 151.
