Who earns more? A Sue chef; executive chef or a chef?

Any of these that earn more to be able to live in London

A sous chef is a second chef i.e. under a head chef. An exec chef is found in larger hotels and is similar to a head chef, he will have several chef s under him. They tend to be more kitchen managers and don't like getting thier hands dirty! Sous chefs earn about 30k in London whilst exec. chefs will earn about 50k plus.

An Executive Chef, but it takes years to get to that standard and you will need lots of qualifications.
