Who else's ondemand itsn't working?

For over a week now, I can not watch movies because it say I do not have a subcription when I infact do, anyone else experiencing this pesky problem?

That happened to me a couple months ago. I unplugged the box for a couple minutes and when I plugged it in it reauthorized and worked fine.
