3 sleeps to go but who's counting?? lol. Yep I am looking forward to the schools starting again and my son is starting primary 2!

He is starting to get bored now and I think he secretly is excited about going back as well.....not looking forward to the early rises tho...

I miss the structure that school gives them, but I am gonna miss them when they are gone, this is the first summer I have worked in awhile and didn't get to do that much with them=(

My kids just fight all day!  I'm so ready for it to be over with!

School starts in 7 days.  I can't wait!

Well besides the getting up super early to take them... That parts not great.

I love my daughter being at home with me. We had a really great summer and to be honest I am not looking forward to it at all.

Me, I don't have any of school age but I do have a 2 year old. Everywhere we go at the moment, the big kids are spoiling it for him. I sound a right grumpy cow, but it gets annoying when I take him to the park and the older kids are on the toddler swings, or at the swimming pool, they are dive bombing etc! Town is a bloody nightmare as is Tesco's!!!!!!!!! (deep sigh) rant over. Thanks x

Why dont you try having some fun with your kids it doesnt have to cost money!!!! I cant believe how many people are sick of having their poor kids about, no wonder they play up if they think mummy cant wait to get rid of them!!!!!!!!!!

My son starts school in september for the first time. I can't wait. I have a 4 month old baby and i have 3 weeks at home with her when he starts, then i go back to work. Can't wait to get back into real life.

I've taken 2 weeks off work to cut down on my child care fees as they go through the roof when he's not a school, but even then I end up spending a fortune on days out!

Mine are too young for school, and I hate to say it, but I am really looking forward to them starting full time nursery whilst I go to college. The idea that every now and then I can take a sicky and not have to watch them is lovely!

My oldest starts Kindergarten in 3 weeks. I'm excited for him because I know once he gets used to being away all say he will love it. But honestly, I am sad for myself. I am going to miss him and being able to share his whole day with him.

mine start a week from wednesday...I have been counting the days for almost 2 weeks now.

my grocery bill goes up in the summer since they need 3 meals and several snacks a day.

I'm looking forward to the children going back to school, but not because I have any in school. The holidays are always hectic with children everywhere I go, so it gets quite stressful towards the end. My two kids are too young for school at the moment and are already costing us a fortune being babies, so I think I'll appreciate the time when they start school.

I agree on it costing a lot in the summer! You don't even want to know how much I just spent on back-to-school clothes.

My sitter probably can't wait.  Me, on the other hand, can take another few months - however, I can't take it financially.

I look forward to the other kids going back to school because we homeschool our kids.   When everyone is back in school we have places like the zoo, science centre, etc all to ourselves again.  :)   Can't wait!
