Who else do you think could play Edward in the upcoming "Twilight" movie?

You see, I don't think they did a very good job at picking the actor who plays Edward. I'm trying to think who could play him better.

I think Robert Pattinson will make a great Edward. I think they messed up on having Kristin Stewart play Bella because she doesn't seem like she could play the fragile character very well..

From what I've seen so far, trailers, clips, Robert does a great job of playing Edward. So I think the movie will be pretty good.

it doesnt really matter because they've already chosen Robert. But I think Henry Cavill is one s**y beast. But there are soooo many s**y american actors that would have done an awesome job.

Well, I think that Rob Pattinson is going be a sensational Edward. But, my choices (if they were both about 10 years younger and about 4 inches taller) would have been Ryan Phillippe or Jonathon Rhys Meyers. Both could play the brooding, self-loathing type and have the right look along with it. But, I love how Rob Pattinson has the crooked smile, the bronze colored tousled hair and that contagious laugh (too bad Edward's so serious!). Yeah, he's totally Edward!

they are both c**p lol the 'potentials' that were listed on the stephanie meyer website were a lot better than robert pattison like that gaspard dude, in my opinion bellas way to rigid judging by the trailor, and she looks a bit too 'shabby' lol id have prefferred emily browning as bella and probably the guy she was pictured with all the time in twilight pics as 'edward'
