  1. Yes, the Chino earthquake. It was a 5.8 and I felt it. At first it was a little rolling action and then it became a huge jolt for about 30 seconds. I was so scared that I ran outside screaming. Luckily, there was no damage to the house. Then sirens came off and then FOX 11, KCAL 9, ABC 7, all the news began to have their emergency moment.

  2. I had overlaid and was dreaming that I was in bed with the new Bond girl the earth really moved and then some idiot woke me up

  3. Over 15,000,000 people experienced it. I was at work in Lake Forest CA and before I could get under a door frame it was over. No damage was experienced there or at home in Costa Mesa. Everyone was back to work 5 minutes later.

  4. If you're talking about the earthquake in Chino Hills near Los Angeles... it was a 5.4 earthquake and to me and quite a few people, much like you, were taken by surprise since it's been a while since an earthquake of this magnitude hit around these parts...

  5. yep, I experienced it.

It was felt throughout Southern California and some parts of Nevada. It happened on Tuesday exactly @ 11:42am

I was LA at the time of the earthquake. At first, It was a slow rumbling beneath the earth. Gradually, it went away. I was frantic! I think that was my first earthquake. O.o

After that, we turned on the news and we were told to expect aftershocks. I didn't feel any one of them. I heard there was slight damage in property. However, only minor injuries were reported, three at an outpatient medical clinic in Brea and five at a building in the Wilshire district of Los Angeles.

The quake gives new urgency to a drill, the Great Southern California Shakeout, being planned for November by a consortium of public and private organizations. It will simulate the response to a magnitude 7.8 quake on the San Andreas fault.

Thank God, it's magnitude was 5.4! At first, they said 5.8, but Caltech officals lowered it.

Obviously, it's all over the media and it's been the topic of conversation ever since the minute it ended during that day.

Take a look at this link:

    http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-me-...

It tells you when we should expect the "BIG ONE"

They said we have a greater chance of having the next big earthquake in 2038.

  6. Really?!  Wow that's crazy.  I didn't feel it though sorry.
