everyone close to you if they have enough compassion within themselves and others just perceive it as there is something wrong but they may not want to or cannot see what the root is

To be serious.... Besides my husband and daughter, I have two childhood girlfriends who I know they can really feel my pain and be of comfort...

It depends on how you express  your pain, and on how you want to be helped..

Usually people seek the attention or the comfort in a wrong way.I have always tried to hel the others and to be helped by the deep discussion bending on the problem, passing endless days and nights discussing and discussing over it, with arguments with reason, starting from the cause of the problem, analysing myself and the othewr behaviours, and at the end i found solutions which made me obtain another philospphy and view in my life, and be well with myself..

Take for example people who give condolescence to someone who has lost a dear person..Just sa word, but when they leave this person they go on with their life as nothing has happened..Who stays beside them?just htose who really care about them by their presence and their support, not just by some kind typical words which are so common and used inorder to fallow the ettiquette...

The pain can be felt just by people who are closed to you,but it is a matter also of personal reaction, what you sek, what you need, because everyone is nconsoling you in a different way everyone has his way to express it and it depends also on what you accept, and how you accept it...

Everyone around me!  I have always react to pain with anger and I have to watch that I don't take it out on others.

I don't have a twin, but I am a clone so I guess my other DNA molecular structure feels my head aches but not my ulcer.
