Who else has lost their breast after breastfeeding?

Question

I knew that pregnancy and breastfeeding would "damage" my breast, but I didn't expect such an disaster.. what now??? I only breast fed for 5 months and before pregnancy I had bra size 34B now nothing left...that's so annoying! I'm thinking about taking the pill maybe they will "regrow"

eating healthy, good support bra and excerise are our only hope now. Besides surgery or pills and creams there is not much that can be done. :(

I was a c34 at age 22 when I had my daughter and after breastfeeding her I lost all of it. I am currently a a34 and there is no fullness or firmess and this is depressing at my age. I mean I feel like I am 60 years old when I look at my chest...! Its hard to cope with such a dramatic change in your body but what you can do is eat very healthy and make sure you do some stretches and excersizes. Good luck to you and I feel your pain.

They will usually regain some fullness after a while, try not to worry. I was a 34b too, and am still breastfeeding my 14 month old- my b*****s are less full than they were before, but it doesnt bother me in the slightest- Im proud to have the sign that I have given my child the very best start in life :)

This also happened to me I was always a 34 B and I gave birth to twins who needed the extra vitamins so I breastfeed. I went down to a size 34 A and almost three years later still the same size. My doctor told me everyone is different. It all depends on how well you eat and take care of yourself during while and after the pregnancy. Good Luck!

This happens to a lot of women including myself! But at the end of the day b*****s are intended for breast feeding so don't let it get you down! I consider my shrivelled b*****s my badge of honour for giving my son the best possible start in life!

that happened to me too, they do eventually come back , and although this sounds very selfish i got pregnant again after my forst baby and got my breast back , i never breast fed this baby because it really knocked my confidence losing my b*****s before, so i bottle fed instead

Same thing happened with me! I had great breast before my son was born (lol in my opinion anyway!), an now they're like two fried eggs on the front of my chest!

However, I went to BHS and got myself a Cleavage Enhancing bra. At first I felt like I was walking around with a strap-on chest, but now I look in the mirror and I see what I used to see. That is, until I take it off ;)

yes my mother breastfed all four of her children and she was originally an Ecup but they shrank to an Acup.

my daughter is 2 and still breastfed once before bed and my b*****s have dropped from a C cup to  B cup.

i dont care really id rather have the bond with my daughter then have big bazookas.

I breastfed my baby until he was 14 months old. When I stopped breastfeeding my b***s felt empty and saggy and horrible! He's now four and they actually have got back to their normal shape and are now 2 cup sizes bigger than they were before I was pregnant! I thought they were gone forever, but they are better now than they ever were. Give it time and they should get back to normal. I don't know if taking the pill will help but I also went back on the pill after I stopped breastfeeding so hopefully yours will too.

I'm sure your baby is well worth the loss though... i know mine is, and there's always push up and padded bra's.
